Eighth Lane Endurance Coaching

At Eighth Lane Endurance we offer two different coaching services. All services will include Nutrition, Cardio, Performance, and Weight Training elements. Each program requires at-least a 16 week commitment. 

Coaching Options: 

1. One - One Individual Coaching. You should look into this option if you are someone who would like daily or weekly feedback from your coach. 

2. Self Guided, Individualized Training Programs. You should look into this option if you would like a program tailored to you and your goals- but prefer a more hands off, self guided, coaching approach. 

3. Generic Training Program. For those of you who are working with a tight budget- this is the option for you. Pre-made, generic training programs will include all of the elements a quality training program needs (performance, nutrition, etc). Because the program will not be individualized to you we are able to offer it at an affordable price.
